At Pipeline Testing, our commitment to the quality of our work is what sets us apart. Our systems and processes are audited both internally and externally, ensuring that we meet international standards.
This means we comply fully with NATA’s Inspection Accreditation Program: ISO/IEC-17020. We also set detailed quality objectives guided by the ISO 9001:2015 framework and NATA ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Standards.
Pipeline Testing prides itself on promoting a culture of safety first, undertaking comprehensive training and providing safe systems of work to reduce risk. We focus on continually improving our performance record for safety and environmental processes through internal and external audits and new training initiatives.
Our OHS Management System follows the AS/NZS 4801 Standard, which we continue to review and improve to keep our team, our clients and the public safe on worksites.
Pipeline Testing is an industry expert in pipeline testing for civil, building, and water and sewerage supply industries. For over 25 years, Pipeline Testing has provided services to utility contractors, plumbers, and civil construction supervisors, managers and engineers in South East Queensland.
Through our hard work, we’ve earned a reputation for professional, efficient service. We’re a solutions-focused business that understands the time-sensitive nature of construction, which is why we go above and beyond to get your project across the line.
Pipeline Testing was founded in 1995 by Peter Spring. Peter learned his trade working in the family plumbing business before taking the helm and expanding to offer pipeline inspection and testing.
Peter brings over fifty years of technical and project management experience. He is joined by his son, Aaron, and a team of skilled field officers committed to delivering efficient, professional service.
Pipeline Testing has a fleet of seven fully-mobile and self-sufficient testing units that allow us to plan a flexible work program for our technical crew. We arrange all our own testing equipment, licensing, power and staff PPE.
You’ve got a job to do. And a set timeframe to get it done. Our team of highly experienced field officers can get the testing you need done, on time and to the highest standards.
We’ve been in the business long enough to know that sometimes tests fail, causing project delays and costing you money. This is why we book time for each client the following day, not weeks in the future, to retest the pipes and keep the project moving. And while we don’t offer an official emergency service, we’re always happy to work after hours if the job is critical.
Our approach to testing is to get in and get out with minimal disruption. We offer a completely mobile, self-sufficient service, requiring only a small space for testing to keep your workspace tidy.
We value the relationships we have with our clients and pride ourselves on our customer care. We’ll keep you informed at every stage of the testing process, so you can be confident we’re meeting the specifications for your project.
